Industrial heat and water insulation plaster composed of polymeric resin and inorganic refractories with high heat and chemical resistance, free of heavy metals. It is a single component thermal insulation plaster that can be easily applied with its reinforced structure against thermal shocks.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION<\/b><\/p>\n

- Always read the instructions before using the product.
\n- Open packages should not be used and the supplier should be contacted.<\/p>\n

- The area to be treated must be free of oil, dirt, lifted or shedding parts.
\n- In large surface applications, the desired thickness can be achieved with the level adjustment apparatus or ano lath.
\n- Application temperature is +5 \u00b0C +40 \u00b0C.
\n- Apply RP-PRIMER as primer and allow to dry for 12 hours.
\n- Opened package should be mixed with a low speed mixer.
\n- The product should be applied in two coats without adding water or solvent.
\n- On existing painted surfaces; RP-PLASTER plaster can also be applied with a steel trowel and spray pump 12 hours after RP-PRIMER application.
\n- When plastering is interrupted for a long time, it should be mixed again before plastering again. This is an extremely sensitive and important issue in terms of product efficiency.
\n- At least 48 hours after application, a finishing coating should be applied.
\n- Ventilation should be provided during indoor application and long periods of airless conditions should be avoided.
\n- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
\n- Hands and tools can be cleaned with water when wet.
\n- Dried materials cannot be used.<\/p>\n

It is suitable for use in residences, public buildings, production facilities, warehouses, warehouses, hangars, cold storages and many other domestic and industrial areas.<\/p>\n
