RP-Primer<\/strong> It is an acrylic based surface preparation primer specially prepared for roof, floor, interior and exterior surfaces. Makes the surface water impermeable before coating. It adheres particles prone to dusting and prevents them from detaching from the surface. When applied on new plaster, it adjusts the surface alkalinity, thus ensuring stronger adhesion of the coating. It integrates with the material to be applied on it and increases its adherence.<\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICATION<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

- Always read the instructions before using the product.
\n- Open packages should not be used and the supplier should be contacted.<\/span><\/p>\n

- The area to be treated must be free of oil, dirt, lifted or shedding parts.
\n- For primer application; it is thinned with clean water at a ratio of 1\/1 and applied as a single coat under exterior and interior coatings.
\n- In coating primer applications, application is made after 12 hours when complete drying is achieved.
\n- Opened package should be mixed with a low speed mixer.
\n- It is used as mortar water for screed and repair materials by diluting with 1\/2 ratio of water. Increases consistency and adherence. Reduces the risk of mortar burning.
\n- When the primer application is interrupted for a long time, it should be mixed again before starting the application process again.
\n- Ventilation should be provided during indoor application and long periods of airless conditions should be avoided.
\n- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
\n- Hands and tools can be cleaned with water when wet.
\n- Dried materials cannot be used.<\/span><\/p>\n

Implementation Considerations and Implementation Methods<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

- It can be applied on all types of surfaces to be plastered and painted.
\n- It is used by diluting with water. When diluted 1\/1, it penetrates 0.5 cm deep into the plastered surface.
\n- It is applied with a roller or brush.
\n- The application surface must be free from excessive dirt and dust.
\n- The tools are cleaned with water when wet and with thinner or mechanically after drying.
\n- When applied to the mouth and eyes, rinse with plenty of water.<\/span><\/p>\n
