RP-Waterproof | Elastic Waterproofing Coating

RP-Waterproof acrylic copolymer based liquid elastic coating and insulation material. It is an elastic impermeable, long-lasting insulation material that can be easily applied to all kinds of floors, brings solutions to your problems, can be colored and has superior properties than the existing materials used for waterproofing.

APPLICATION

- Always read the instructions before using the product.
- The opened package should be mixed at low speed.
- Open packages should not be used and the supplier should be contacted.
- When painting is interrupted for an extended period of time, it should be re-mixed before resuming the painting process.
- Elastic The surfaces on which the waterproofing coating will be applied must be sound, free from all kinds of dirt, oil and dust.
- It should be applied at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, especially in dry weather.
- One coat of primer should be applied after the cleaned dry surface.
- Apply RP-PRIMER as primer and allow to dry for 12 hours.
- After primer application, 3 layers of Waterproof is applied.
- Wait 12 hours between coats to avoid cracks in the floor.
- The minimum recommended thickness is 2-2.5 mm.
- Application can be done with a paint sprayer or roller.

- Hands and tools can be cleaned with water when wet.
- Institutional material cannot be used.

AREAS OF USE

It is used for insulation of concrete, plaster, cement board, galvanized, zinc, aluminum, PVC, polyester, wood covered sloping roofs and terraces, waterproofing of exterior facades of buildings, insulation of details such as cracks, eaves, chimney bottoms.

CONSUMPTION

Depending on the application surface, consumption is 1-1.25 Kg / m² for 2-2.5 mm thickness.
