When is sheathing done?

External thermal insulation +5°C to +35°C degrees Celsius. Of course, weather conditions are also important. In our country -5°C to +40°C temperatures are observed. Therefore, seasonally in spring, summer and fall +5°C to +35°C thermal insulation can be done at any time at values between degrees. 

Sheathing is the solution to one of our most challenging building problems in Turkey. How does it prevent or reduce heat loss?

This is called "sheathing", which is the coating process to reduce the use of money, natural gas and electricity that we naturally use to realize this.

During the winter months, when the air temperatures drop to minus values at night, the water-based materials used freeze. Drying time is prolonged and therefore there is no fast and efficient jacketing. Due to the increase in precipitation, the occupational safety of the application employee is also jeopardized.

Exterior styrofoam wall panel applications are among the most popular exterior cladding applications. However, in recent years, especially in fires, the usual styrofoam foam-style petroleum products are not recommended due to the harm to both nature and human health, as it causes the fire to spread. It is also a laborious and expensive sheathing system in terms of cost and labor.  Recently, it has not been used in exterior wall sheathing in hospitals. Even in some countries abroad, bans are imposed on its use. As alternatives, solutions are being developed and developed instead of styrofoam foam in different technologies in many countries, including our country. The common points of the products produced were their expensive pricing. Rock wool is also an insulation method that is becoming popular. However, due to its structure, this method also brings problems such as water absorption, breaking and flying in storms, difficulty in application, repair and cost.

The performance, lifespan and prices of products coming to our country mostly from the foreign market did not meet expectations.
