RP-Redfire Plus | Fire Retardant Intumescent Paint

APPLICATION
- Always read the instructions before using the product.
- Open packages should not be used and the supplier should be contacted.
- The area to be treated must be free of oil, dirt, lifted or shedding parts.
- Application temperature is +5 °C +40 °C.
- As a lining RP-Primer should be applied and left to dry for 12 hours.
- Opened package should be mixed with a low speed mixer.
- The product should be applied in two coats without adding water or solvent.
- Wait approximately 12 hours between coats.
- When painting is interrupted for a long time, it should be mixed again before starting the painting process again. It is an extremely sensitive and important issue for the efficiency of the product.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Hands and tools can be cleaned with water when wet.
- Dried materials cannot be used.
AREAS OF USE
Recommended for use on prepared, unpainted, primed or previously painted surfaces. RP-Redfire Plus fire retardant coating can be applied to drywall, wood, lath & plaster, concrete, brick, pressed metal tin, galvanized steel and aluminum, fiberglass, carbon fiber and other composite materials. It can also be used to provide a 15-minute barrier with spray polyurethane foam (SPF) for periods of 1-2 hours.
The superior fire-resistant performance of RP-Redfire Plus provides significant material and labor cost savings compared to other construction options in situations such as renovation, historic building upgrades, defective construction or new construction. Recommended for residential, industrial, commercial, schools, dormitories, hotels, retail stores, restaurants, oil and solar industries.
