PRODUCT FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

- Excellent adhesion to concrete and wood surfaces. No cracking, spilling and blistering.
- When fire or a heat source comes into contact with the surface painted with RP-REDFIRE fireproof coating, the film layer interrupts the transfer of heat and mass to the main substrate, thus ending the fire with the end of the burning materials.

- It is used on the interior of buildings and on all kinds of walls and wooden surfaces, especially in places where there is a high risk of fire such as schools, hospitals and airports. It is highly recommended for use in areas such as fire escapes, fire doors, especially wooden houses, boats, fuel tanks. Also for;
-Can be applied on drywall.
-Can be used on all interior surfaces.
-Suitable for use in steel and wooden structures.
-Can be used in public areas such as cinemas, schools, banks and airports. -It can be applied in industrial facilities, fire escapes.

APPLICATION

- Always read the instructions before using the product.
- Open packages should not be used and the supplier should be contacted.

- Application surfaces should be completely cleaned from moisture, dirt, rust and old paint residues and sanded. It is ready for use and should be applied in layers.
- The temperature of the application surfaces should be above +5 °C.
- Apply RP-PRIMER as primer and allow to dry for 12 hours.
- Opened package should be mixed with a low speed mixer.
- The product should be applied in two coats without adding water or solvent.

- Wait at least 12 hours between coats.
- When painting is interrupted for a long time, it should be mixed again before starting the painting process again. It is an extremely sensitive and important issue for the efficiency of the product.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Hands and tools can be cleaned with water when wet.
- Dried materials cannot be used.
