- Acrylic emulsion based High elasticity and excellent adhesion
- Weather resistant Highly resistant to all kinds of outdoor conditions
- Breathable It protects the natural texture of the wood surface and allows it to breathe, thus preventing negative effects such as cracking, blistering and peeling.
- Water repellent and UV protected Waterproofs the wooden surface and protects against sunlight
- Resistant to fungus, mold and algae formation Provides long-term protection and prevents the proliferation of biological organisms on wood
- It offers a silky semi-matte finish that shows the natural texture of the wood.
APPLICATION
- Surface preparation Wooden surfaces should be cleaned from dirt, oil and dust, sanded to obtain a smooth surface and resin residues should be removed.
- First coat application The paint is ready for use, but before use it must be thoroughly mixed to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Apply with a brush or roller in the direction of the wood grain.
- Wait between coats Wait 24 hours between each coat and sand lightly with sandpaper 180/220
- Topcoat application Recommended to apply 2 coats After topcoat application, wait 24 hours for the surface to dry completely
- Maintenance Annual inspection and maintenance if necessary On previously painted surfaces, the surface should be cleaned of dirt and grease and lightly sanded
AREAS OF USE
- RedWood™ Water Based Exterior Wood Stain can be used on both interior and exterior wood surfaces.
- It can be used on unpainted and raw wood surfaces, wooden furniture, shelves, fences, gazebos, stair railings and decorative objects.
- Since it is safe for children's furniture and toys, it can be easily preferred for baby and children's items.
