1. Return Conditions
- Returnable Products: Returns are accepted for REDpaint® Insulation and Coating Products that are unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- Duration: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

Contact us to request a return authorization info@redpaint.com.tr or call our customer service team at +90 (212) 422 76 76. Please provide your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. -
Prepare the Product:
Make sure that the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. -
Return Shipment:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. -
Return Address:
Once your return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide you with the return shipping address.

Processing Time:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. -
Repayment Method:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, this may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Changes
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned, these are:
- Opened or used products.
- Customized or special order products.
- www.redpaint.com.tr products purchased from outside the country.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and description of the problem. We will arrange an exchange or refund according to your preference.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the date of purchase if not yet shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
